Review: Wild Man Beard Conditioner Oil

-Photo via WildRoseHerbs Etsy shop

Being a man with a beard, I'm always interested when I hear about beard products. But this is the very first beard product I've ever purchased. Wild Man Beard Conditioner Oil is described as:
*The Details* Sweet Almond Oil (unlike olive) mimics your skin's natural moisturizers, absorbs quickly and leaves your beard with a subtle shine. When used sparingly, this oil will keep your skin and beard feeling smooth and non-greasy. This product is not at all like a conditioner you would use on your hair. It is an all natural oil-based beard softener that is meant to be left in the beard.
The product works pretty much as described. I usually rub it in after I've had my shower and I've washed and dried my beard. It makes my beard feel a bit softer, and I really don't have a need for much cologne if any at all after using it(not that I use cologne that much anyway). It also seems to keep my beard from looking as scraggly as it could. Typically I apply about four to five drops of the oil to my beard and rub it in for a few seconds. The first time I used it, I got a few compliments about the scent at church. I recommend this product to other men with beards, and this might be a good gift item for the man in your life who has a beard, ladies. Check it out. Note: They are switching the recipe to take out the sweet almond oil and replacing it with grapeseed oil, and they go into the reasons why in the description of their product. My own experience has been with the original version containing sweet almond oil. Disclaimer: I have not received any compensation for a blog post about this product. I paid for it with my own money, and have used it thrice weekly since July. The above is my own opinion and experience with this product, yours may vary.
